Board Member

Dale Shumaker, PE, is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Diamond Communications, a member of the Board of Directors for the Texas State Wireless Association (TXWA), and the Southwest Ambassador for NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association WIN Program.

Mr. Shumaker has over twenty years of experience in wireless infrastructure development with an emphasis on commercial and public safety systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 22 states and has significant experience coordinating the procurement and staffing of large and complex projects. Mr. Shumaker is a recognized expert within the wireless site development community and has authored a number of papers and presentations. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Texas A&M University Internet2 Technology Evaluation Center (ITEC) and is a Past-President of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers – Travis Chapter.
