Committee Chair

Justin currently oversees the Telecom Engineering and Construction Groups for PJF.  He is an active member in design standard development with the TIA, ASCE-7, and the AWWA and currently leads the foundation ad hoc group for the TIA-222 TR-14 committee.

Justin is a registered PE in 20 states.  He started his career in building design but joined PJF’s Telecom groups in 2005 to help with stealth structure design and monopole reinforcing design.  Justin has had the privilege of developing several different monopole reinforcing systems, and unique foundation modification solutions, and working with advanced analysis with foundations and connection design.

Justin graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil-Structural Engineering and plans to graduate with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering in SP 2024 from the Ohio State University.
